Longhirst Chef wins Award!!

Longhirst is proud to congratulate its Pastry Chef Liz Ngure who won Silver and Bronze in the NECTA Culinary and Service Awards at the recent Chef of the Year Competition 2011.
The awards were held at the Civic Centre in Newcastle and Longhirst put forward two of its Chefs for the competition.
Liz, whose winning dish was Assiette of Chocolate, has been cooking up treats at Longhirst since 2006 for both our Boyson Restaurant and our Collingwood Bar and was thrilled with her win.
