Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Thats exactly what the Zumba programme is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness sensation thats moving millions to fitness and health.
Claire Hanson will be running classes at Longhirst Hall every Monday from 13th June 2011. Come along and join in the fun every Monday from 6.30pm - 7.30pm. No need to book in advance. Cost £3.50 per person.
Please bring water and wear suitable clothes for a fitness class and trainers.
